Refund policy
This policy covers paid consultations with Smartsysanalytics—document reviews, LinkedIn alignment, package rebuilds, and interview briefings. It does not cover products we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on whether work has started, the consultation type, and how much notice you give before a scheduled call. Informational prices on the website are not charges until you receive and accept a written engagement confirmation.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests should be emailed to info@smartsysanalytics.digital within 14 days of payment for unused services, or within 7 days of delivery for quality concerns about a completed review deliverable.
Full refunds
A full refund is available if you cancel before we begin reading your documents and before any scheduled call, provided notice arrives at least 48 hours before a booked session. If we cancel due to capacity and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you receive a full refund.
Partial refunds
If a package rebuild is cancelled after the first draft has been delivered but before the second round, a partial refund may apply—typically the unused second-round fee. Document reviews already annotated are not eligible for a full refund; a partial credit toward a follow-on interview briefing may be offered at our discretion.
Non-refundable items
- Completed annotated reviews delivered as agreed
- Interview briefings that took place as scheduled
- Work already started on a rebuild after you approved the intake summary
Deposits
Package rebuilds may require a deposit to reserve calendar time. Deposits are applied to the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once drafting has started, unless we cancel the engagement.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a review call or interview briefing once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session fee; documents already annotated remain yours.
Refund process and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days. We confirm the amount by email before initiating the transfer.
