Smartsysanalytics provides employment consulting focused on application document review and related advisory work for IT and digital professionals. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding scope is confirmed in our written engagement message before work begins. We do not operate a job board, placement agency, or payment checkout on this website.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that documents and information you supply are accurate to the best of your knowledge. You remain responsible for final application content you submit to employers or agencies. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or salary outcomes.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, and original materials created by Smartsysanalytics remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Annotated copies of your documents are provided for your personal job-search use. You may not republish our guides or review templates as your own commercial product.

Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Smartsysanalytics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from hiring decisions by third parties, missed application deadlines under your control, or reliance on general guide articles. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence.
